For the 7th consecutive year, Senator Rand Paul has released his Festivus report that shows the Fed's egregiously overspent on stupid projects and abandonments to the tune of $52 Billion. Most of the areas you can easily think of, coof payments and the Afghanistan debacle, but what's your opinion on Dinosaur Movies?
