Mass vaccination clinics have started jabbing children as young as five across Canada.
But is it possible for a child whose role model is still a Paw Patrol pup to receive a COVID-19 jab without parental consent?
Sadly, the answer to that question — at least in British Columbia — is YES.
So why, then, are the parents who love and know their child better than anyone else not guaranteed to have the final say in whether their child needs the COVID shot?
That’s because in B.C. we have a sneaky little parental rights problem called the Infants Act.
So I sat down with Jay Cameron, the litigation director for the Justice Centre for Constitutional Freedoms (JCCF), to explain exactly how this works.

It appears the powers that be are working overtime to ensure that it is easy-peasy to jab your little ones without YOUR consent.
What on earth are parents supposed to do, you ask?
Ultimately, it boils down to informed consent — and, parents, you must do your due diligence.
Inform your child about these jabs as you deem appropriate for them, educate them about medical coercion, explain the pros and cons of this new novel treatment, and make sure those talking to your child about needles are offering your child informed consent.
