HB121 is Moving Along in Our County

Since March of 2020 COVID-19 policies were handled by Community Health Experts as an emergency. Two years in, this isn't a plan that aligns with the design of a democratic republic. We're not longer in an emergency in LC County and the community needs a broader and more balanced approach. HB121 was enacted to ensure elected officials could be removed if the the voters felt the rules weren't working. It is great to see this tool being implemented.
