OUR EYES HOLD THE POWER TO OUR ENERGY

Here is a clip from the visualisation workshop I delivered in @ladstalkhealth membership group

During the session we were discussing protecting your energy from others, especially with the current focus being on mask mandates

I share a concept I created and use for myself whenever I am out

When eyes connect there is an exchange of energy between two people. That energy can be influenced by our egos and if we are unconscious, we can easily get caught in the drama

Paying attention to who gets our eye attention and who doesn’t, I have created a theory that if I make eye contact with anyone with an 8-10ft radius, I automatically engage with that person. It is very easy to pick up on energy and the ego can feed off of this exchange

Choose wisely if who you exchange with, play around with keeping eyes fixed infront and keeping neutral. When their is no engagement, your energy is protected and you know that their ego wanted to connect yet wasted energy due to not have anything to feed off of

Visualisation allows us to visit different situations, past events and future moments. It allows us experience and become familiar with what ever is holding us back or that gets in our way

@eckharttolle explains the ego so good in New Earth, a favourite of mine

Remember, as long as you know you are doing everything in the law, you can avoid the opinions and resistance of strangers by decided to not engage in eye contact

Would be great to hear your thoughts. I do this all the time and have learnt so much about my ego, my body language, my energy, the reactions of others, defusing a situation without even entering it
