Fauci is the father of AIDS and Covid-19

Anthony Fauci or as I call him the American Joseph Mengele conducted experiments on children, dogs, and monkeys. He had his hand in inventing the deadly AIDS epidemic and created a drug called AZT that sped up the deaths of people who had AIDS.
