Operation: Dark Winter (We are Entering into a DARK FUTURE)

On June 22-23, 2001, a Secret Operation called Operation "Dark Winter" was commenced. the Center for Strategic and International Studies, the Johns Hopkins Center for Civilian Biodefense Studies, the ANSER Institute for Homeland Security, and the Oklahoma City National Memorial Institute for the Prevention Terrorism, hosted a senior-level war game examining the national security, intergovernmental, and information challenges of a biological attack on the American homeland.

Fast forward in 2019, a similar event had been occurred last October 18, 2019 called “EVENT 201”. The major players for this event are the elites, banking cartels, international corporations, the media, government, public health officials, WHO and the UN. The objective is to simulate a biological weapon event in the guise of a PANDEMIC.
