Meditation/Mindfulness These two are similar techniques so I have put them together. They have both gained a lot of popularity in the late twentieth century and twenty first century. Just about everyone knows about these techniques. Their most popular usage is for relaxation and stress relief for people with busy lifestyles (which is just about everyone). But not a lot of people realise they can be both used to reprogram negative beliefs and emotions. You start the meditation the same way as relaxation but you then use positive images and affirmations together while in the deep relaxed meditation stage. Mindfulness is similar but you keep yourself present and aware of your thoughts while relaxed and doing a safe activity. Both take a little practice but once mastered are very effective techniques to give yourself positive beliefs and mindset.
