How I Made A 46% Return On My First Real Estate Investment

In this episode of Tea With Tayler I explain the process of how I made a 46% return on my house that is also an investment property. I purchased the two-unit property in 2017 and for the last 4 years I lived in one of the units and rented out the other, having my tenants pay for my mortgage. During this time, I was able to pay off my debt and then sell my property in December of 2021 for profit.
