Parasol Mushroom | Choice edible mushroom in North America!

Parasol Mushrooms (Macrolepiota Procera) are edible fungi. They earned the name “Parasol” because of their cap, which resembles umbrella/parasol. Parasol mushrooms were given the name by Italian herbalist and naturalist Giovanni Antonio Scoppoli in 1772.
