This plant can help with joint damage, as well as other ailments. Learn more about Solomon's Seal (polygonatum biflorum), and it's lookalike False Solomon's Seal (smilacina racemosa).

Both plants have edible (and toxic) parts, so it's imperative you know which one you are handling. Both grow in the same areas and flower at roughly the same time of the year too!
