One of the top reasons people on your team are not consistently doing what you need them to do is because they don't understand or agree upon the goal in these two ways:
* The specific process that must be followed, or the specific result that must be achieved, for this task or action to be considered done "correctly".
* And how often, or what percentage of the time, the task or action should be done be done correctly to consider ourselves successful at performing this task overall.

How can we convey those and other points, when we've tried and failed before?
