While preparing Part II one of the Paisans from FDNY Marine Co 1 who I worked with in 2010 referred to me as a “Mick Donkey” insinuating that somehow only the Paisan firefighters knew how to make Chicken Cutlet Parmesan. This was his response to me: Sorry Tom but that's where I draw the line.
