Biden gets angry at press conference in regards to his spending bill

President Biden delivered remarks from the White House on the COVID-19 pandemic and the surging Omicron variant. He announced new steps the federal government is taking as COVID-19 cases rise amid the Omicron variant, which include expanded testing and increasing efforts to get booster shots in arms. He also discussed the risks that those who choose to remain unvaccinated pose to themselves and others, saying that most deaths from COVID-19 over the last few months have been from those who are unvaccinated.
