INGREDIENTS:
250g carrots
100g butter
250g flour
150g sugar
50g walnuts (optional)
1. Rub the carrots on a fine grater.
2. Rub sugar with soft butter.
3.Add the carrots and mix everything.
4.Add flour with baking powder and mix.
5.Bake at 180C (356F) - 25 min.
