Kim Potter "Taser" Cop Trial Goes to the Jury as Closing Arguments Delivered

It's now in the hands of the Jury.

The Trial of Kim Potter, the Brooklyn Center, Minnesota ex-officer who killed Daunte Wright has concluded with some standard State closing arguments from the screeching harpy: Erin Eldridge, and the second close/rebuttal from Matthew Frank that muddied the water on what is and is not "recklessness" and what exactly are the charges.

Earl Gray, who has been excellent, provided the Defense's closing arguments. He came out piping hot, drug in the middle, but closed strong. Earl has a homely feel and a grandfatherly presence that presents authentically.

But it's all in the hands of the jury. They are sequestered for the duration of deliberations, so likely, expect a result tomorrow.
