Welcome to Step 4 of my mini hips series! Step 1 was about releasing tension through a restorative yoga practice, Step 2 offered exercises to open up all sides of the low body through a yin to restorative yoga practice, Step 3 we added some strengthening exercises to help stabilize the low body region through some leg and core work, and now congratulations you are on to Step 4, which is a nice flow that works the entire body. This offers balance to all of the work you did before so that we make sure we keep the rest of the body and energy flowing as well.
