Don't Bring A Backhoe To A Gun Fight, Man Hijacked One, Flipped Police Cars, Gets Fatally Shot

VINELAND, NJ - A fatal police shooting is being investigated by the New Jersey Attorney General's Office after an individual allegedly highjacked a backhoe and flipped over several vehicles.

The incident occurred at approximately 5:30 am on Saturday at the Penn Lincoln Mobile Home Park. According to witnesses, the individual used a backhoe to flip over a police vehicle onto its side. The individual then severely damaged a second police vehicle, an ambulance, and a red sedan.
