CHINA'S BELT AND ROAD INITIATIVE - THE ROAD TO WORLD DOMINANCE?

China has been on the march since 2013 in providing funding, sources and technology to 3rd world countries, helping them build out the infrastructure necessary to join the world economy. But, is this really charity or just a ploy to become the world's dominant economic and military force overtaking the U.S.
