Antony C. Sutton (February 14, 1925 – June 17, 2002) was a British-American researcher, economist, historian, professor, and writer. He studied at the universities of London, Göttingen, and California. He received his D.Sc. from the University of Southampton. He was an economics professor at Cal State Los Angeles, and a research fellow at Stanford University's Hoover Institution, a CIA think tank, from 1968 to 1973. He is the author of several books on the subject discussed in this interview: Wall Street and the Bolshevik Revolution; National Suicide: Military Aid to the Soviet Union; The Best Enemy Money Can Buy; Western Technology and Soviet Economic Development, Volume 1 1917 to 1930; Western Technology and Soviet Economic Development, Volume 2, 1930 to 1945; Western Technology and Soviet Economic Development, Volume 3, 1945 to 1965.
