Single Family Home Market Report with Jason Hartman

Jason Hartman explores the reasons behind today's seller's market and reports on the complete lack of single family housing inventory. The value of anything is dictated by its scarcity and utility, and currency isn't as scarce as it used to be, so when you debase the currency through this lack of scarcity, you get the dysfunctional situation we're in now.

Jason takes a closer look at single family home investing in some of his favorite linear markets. The single family home is the most historically proven asset class, as well as being the most tax favored and most debt favored asset class in the United States. Mortgage debt is good debt that pays you to borrow money and creates an awesome opportunity for inflation induced debt destruction.
