why do they mute the sound half way through this one? i would bet it's also bad for them!!!

remember they withheld these videos, and i assume many more from us for 2 1/2 years. At one point even passing and unpassing county ordinances.
at one point they tried to charge us $500 per video!!
it's all quite disgusting really! remember folks. i know a thing or 2 about videos and cameras, and usually (like never would it mute itself) these are designed to be all on or off, and the deputy didnt turn it off. will be fun to ask them why lots of their videos are stopped short or started late
