Fulshear City Council Meeting 1/19/2016, TAJANA SURLAN MESIC TRIED TO DISCREDIT ELECTED OFFICIALS AND HRC

Councilwoman Tajana Surlan Mesic went to see judge Hebert, the HIGHEST ELECTED OFFICIAL IN OUR COUNTY, trying to DISCREDIT FULSHEAR CITY OFFICIALS and INTEGRITY OF HOME RULE COMMISSION MEMBERS.

Citizen requested what evidence council woman has that Texas law was violated by any of these people. Just because the decisions are being made she does not agree with does not mean that those decisions are in violation with Texas law.

Council Member Tajana Surlan Mesic did her best to stop Home Rule Charter Commission from presenting Fulshear Home Rule Charter on voters' ballot.

This is on of she also tried to suspend an attorney working with HRC Commission.

She also spent thousands of taxpayers’ dollars “to conduct systemic review of process and product” just to find out nothing wrong with HRC as proposed. Independent law firm provided very positive response, Fulshear proposed HRC is a good Charter.
