What Do Dems Gain From Ultra Liberal Fed Judges?

Why Only Lefty Judges? Again in our series of bad Biden policies ruining America, we ask, Why does Biden insist on nominating absurdly leftist federal judges? The answer is glaringly simple. The only reason is to collect a cadre of Marxist justices who will mindlessly follow the Communist Manifesto & Das Kapital over the US Constitution & Bill of Rights. It’s to throw out the Rule of Law on their way to international utopia. But is a more smug group imaginable? And if any still doubt whether Democrats regularly plant and grow Marxists, US Senator Blumenthal Delivered a Speech at Communist Party Awards in early Dec 2021.

Our Daily Ritual: A strange ritual now takes place weekly in congressional interviews for important federal judgeships. First, the US Senator welcomes the candidate. Then, he or she asks them a question. Third, the candidate then unctuously thanks the senator for the question, and then affirms they will follow the current law to the letter, but agonizingly avoids answering the question. And this happens with every single candidate.

Smug Judges Above Any Questions: The result of these mini legal interviews leaves indelible impressions. First, these candidates invariably seem to think they're the smartest person in the room, believing they’re getting away murder in front of the entire USA, laughing on the inside. Infuriatingly smug! Yet, liberals make the mistake of teaching their followers they cannot be wrong and that those who disagree are lacking brains, education, sanity and breeding.

Simple Doctrinaire Marxism: Second, the candidate refuses to recognize the US Congress’ inherent authority to examine them for appointed offices, and ask probing questions, which they repeatedly decline. Third, they coyly telegraph that the hidden, Gnostic truth the candidate espouses - in every case, simple doctrinaire Marxism -- is light years more profound than the US constitution of the dumb Republicans.

Absurd Interviews: And so the results are predictably absurd. Recently, the always entertaining Sen. John Kennedy of LA asked the same candidate NINE TIMES to answer a simple question, which she refused: “Prof Traum, do you believe we should forgive criminal misbehavior in the name of social justice?” Depending on the style of the candidate, they have different ways of deferring. All needlessly repeat questions. All go off on tangents unrelated to the question. Some will pretend they didn’t hear or understand the question. Others claim to have answered while dodging it.

Complete Evasion: And then the rest pretend they can’t answer any particular questions since the subject may be brought to their court. Most sidesplitting are those confronted with devastating quotes or facts exposing their true Marxist beliefs. They then hilariously claim they were working to expose the very things they personally oppose -- See 'We Both Know That And You're Under Oath'.

An Embarrassing Litany: Here is a smattering of embarrassing leftists refusing to answer questions regarding their views on law before a vote on their merit for appointment to federal judgeships: “I Think You're An Angry Man”; “I Cannot Think Of A Nominee More Poorly Suited Than You”; 'Why not Answer My Questions?”; “You Used to be a Young Commie?”; “Tell Me The Logic Behind This Statement”; “'radical activist' judicial nominee”; “I Don't Believe You”; “Thank God you’re not on Supreme Court”; “Why Don't You Look It Up -- You Said That”; “You've been an activist your entire adult life”; “As Long As King Kong's Arm”; “Just Read It, Read It Yourself!”; “Would Those Be Defamatory?”; “She's Pretending Ignorance To Avoid Answering”; “The Entire State Of Texas Is Racist?; "Against which races do you harbor racial bias?"...etc

Are Biden Judicial Nominees Leftist Robots? So what can we take from this group of Biden federal judge nominees, and the pitiless march towards a progressive judiciary? One, the entire group is wildly leftist, meaning they see the purpose of a judge not to decide fairly any particular matter, but to always move the ball down the field for Marxism. Second, all of these leftist judges believe they can lie, because they are serving a higher purpose -- to build utopia. And to sin for a higher purpose is no error.

Radical Judges Harm USA: Third, since they put their leftist advocacy before anything else, they lack common sense. And, they cannot be trusted in any matter being so greedy for power. Finally, the radical judges put into the US fed system will harm America for decades, perhaps making another evil decision like Roe v Wade that may have killed 75 million babies. And like every bad decision made by Marxist judges, the results could well kill millions more Americans or even our precious Constitutional Republic itself.
