Near Miss with Wrong Way Driver

This is dashcam video of a near miss with a Wrong Way driver on US 1 near Callahan Fl on 12/15/21 at around 10 PM at night. The driver was driving Southbound in the Northbound lanes and had the audacity to honk at me as it passed going the wrong way
