Portland, Oregon Is a Dystopian Nightmare That Even Xmas Can’t Fix. Thank God for Tennessee!

The Pacific NW could stand to take a lesson on how to celebrate Xmas from the southern part of the country. The Xmas spirit is alive and well, and on display, for everyone to see in Nashville and the surrounding areas. In contrast to the city of Portland, which is the exact opposite of what you find elsewhere. There is no sense of community. There are no crowds of your neighbors, 1000s of them at a time, getting together and celebrating the holidays as we do down south.

It sucks the life out of me and makes me sad for my hometown and the city that I have to come back to every month.
