Do you believe that 18 year olds should be able to take jobs as truck drivers amid staff shortages?

Amid all the staffing shortages and the supply chain crisis, there is an issue with truck drivers across America. Should 18 year olds be able to take jobs as truck drivers? Is that too young of an age to be given such a responsibility? What do you think?
