Lgbtq vs Christians

Is it really Lgbtq vs Christians? I do not think so. Can lqbtq + conservatives see eye to eye? I think we have some common ground. I am going to attempt to bridge some of the gaps between these two communities. It shouldn’t be gays vs conservatives or any of this. We can both hold to our views and have respect for each other
I state that although I do not agree with homosexuality and transgenderism that doesn’t mean I hate the Lgbt community. A matter of fact I try to be kind to this community because Christians have not responded to this community correctly. Christians are called to love everyone and should not hate anyone
I also state that Christians should be bullied, harassed, or canceled because we hold to our convictions based on out religious beliefs. We live in a free country, and you should be able to share your views openly. I see we are one the verge of losing religious liberty and freedom of speech
I tell my story of the opening of Harvey Milk High School in NYC. I firsthand saw how badly Christians responded to this event and it made me very angry
I also tell the Story of the ORU basketball team in the NCAA tournament this year and the mass calls for this school to be thrown out the NCAA for being Anti-LGBTQ. ORU students are good people and all Christians should not be labeled as Anti-LGBTQ. This is very dangerous folks. Calls to cancel people without having all the facts is dangerous
I think Jesus doesn’t condemn the LBGTQ community. I love them. Jesus loves them. There is Christ forgiveness lgbtq.

For the last decade I have attended New Life Fellowship Church in NYC home of Emotionally Healthy Discipleship which is in 800 churches and 30 nations started by Peter Scazzero. I worked under Pete teaching the course and getting mentorship from him. Josh also led living waters and cross current at the church which is a program for the sexual broken and the LBGTQ community. Josh also worked on the Inner Healing and Deliverance Team. Josh is now a student at Orbis School of Ministry run by Ken Fish. Josh is in the process of building Torn Curtain ministry to bring revival, renewal, and reformation of the church. I would also like to plant and church and a house of prayer in NYC.
