For our final KCBY-TV passion project, Juliana and I decided to tell the story of pandemic pets, the hundreds of thousands of cats and dogs adopted during the March 2020 lockdown. Pandemic Pets aims to analyze the long-term effects of this sudden increase in adoption, as well as celebrate an unknown silver lining of the COVID-19 pandemic.
