The Problem With Hamlet Is That He Shrinks from Active Christian Statesmanship

I'm a fan of "Hamlet" the play but not of Hamlet the character. Hamlet shirks his responsibility to cleanse the rottenness in the state of Denmark. His action--or rather inaction--results in a slew of dead bodies and foreign occupation of his native country.
