Kurt Dubay

Kurt is a 29 year old man from the Shelby Twp/Utica area of Michigan. Dubay struck up a conversation with a 13 year old user on the Meet Me app. The conversation became sexually charged during which Dubay sent the minor a picture of his gentalia and asked the girl to send pics of her "bare booty" in return. Dubay arranged to meet with the girl at a local Meijer. This is what happened,
