Regrettably, He haven’t always been focused on finding the answer. For the first 25 years of his business career, from 1993-2012, He was in hot pursuit of the American Dream; He was chasing dollars. Once “had it all,” realised it wasn’t Nirvana.

And then, in 2012, He went through a leadership transformation that shifted his perspective on what mattered.

HE realised that the world no longer needed the “visionary dictator,” but rather someone focused on developing leadership in people at all levels of society. Now, as he is sure you can appreciate, this isn’t a job for one person, and it’s not going to happen overnight. That’s what his mission is to develop a community of purposeful change agents to ensure the survival of our species.
