Australia covid dystopia: Man brings Victoria Premier Daniel Andrews to answer for his conduct

Credit Instagram's @mattlawsonphotographytruth2.0 with this corker. The brilliant thing about this is this interview occurred on Wednesday 15 December 2021, with barrels of time in advance of the initial Friday court showdown, which will be held by Webex video link. No word was said whether the weblink would be posted for a real-time popcorn party.

Anthony, whose surname is not revealed, has brought a private prosecution for misprision of treason and fraud. Misprision is a legal term for concealment. Anthony seeks to remove from the judge the question of guilt or innocence, as it is right and proper that in a court of common law, the jury (not the judge) decides guilt or innocence. This is an accepted principle of our common law heritage, which has been handed down for generations ever since William the Conqueror's day.

It is quite clear that the Premier would prefer the question to be decided by a judge who was appointed by the Premier. See how that works? This constitutes a weakness in the plans of the Schwabians that may not have been apparent when they were made in Davos, likely for two reasons: 1 because few of the people in Davos have been on the business end of the legal system and 2 the common law has long suffered from neglect as the system is nudged ever-so-gently by the tenor of the times (with cries of progress! and modernization!) into retirement.

Anthony foresees several objections, amongst which are that the Premier will ask for his Attorney-General (or Public Prosecution Service) to handle the case (and squelch it!) from there on in.

UPDATE: the case was rejected by the judge because Andrews had not formally been served the lawsuit. Fair is fair, back to square one for the prosecution. It means only that the prosecutor has to attain a minimum level of resourcefulness to play ball on this field. I'm stunned that this news story received attention from one of the UK MSM outlets... stay tuned for more!
