Here are 10 powerful points to help get rid of anxiety
1. Know that things will get better - if you want them to. You have the power to change everything in your life. I’ve been there before and was in a super low place
2. Changes must be made - if you want to be in a happier place, you will have to make changes. Sometimes this is fearful, but honestly, there are many small things you can do to make an impact
3. Identifying your current reality - time to reflect on where you are at right now. Rank yourself 0-10 on the following... health, family, friends, finances, self development, you time, spirituality/religion
4. Being brave - identifying all your stresses - get them out and on a bit of paper. Imagine your body as a genie, pull out all the negative emotions and get them on a bit of paper. Take your time and do it to this
5. You are not alone - although we are all going through our own stuff there are hundreds and thousands of people that have gone through their own struggles. Sometimes we just don’t feel like speaking to anyone, I used to keep myself in my bedroom. Get on YouTube and start listening to others stories. People like Wayne Dyer, Abraham Hicks, Jim Rohn, Alan Watts have so many amazing stories which you will resonate with so much. Books, audible. If you are not one for booked, Start with 50 Cent’s book - Hustle Hard, Hustle Smart
6. Offloading - who are you currently speaking to about this? Who actually listens, like really listens? Being heard without judgement is the most powerful thing. If you don’t have that person, many of us don’t, who truly listens, it’s great to find a coach, or therapist or a group. There is a lot of stigma seeing this a sign of weakness, but it’s actually life changing
7. Silence time - NO1 thing to do. If you are new to this, give my Think Future Feel Now Experience a go
8. Health - this is crucial, when we are feeling down, going to gym is the last thing we want to do. But gym doesn’t
