#Zwift Badge Hunting: Neon Flats

Today was my triumphant return to cycling after the Sprint Distance National Championship in Tempe, AZ last month...and it was brutal

I went Badge Hunting for one of the newer routes on Zwift: the Neon Flats route on the Makuri Islands

I also completed a "Maximal Aerobic Power Ride" workout which almost killed me. The workout consisted of the following:
Warm up:
- 10 minutes @ 155 watts
Main Set (Repeat 4 times):
- 5 minutes @ 255 watts
- 1 minute @ 155 watts
VO2 Max Effort:
5 minutes at 255 watts
Cool Down:
10 minutes @ 150 watts

Additional info about the Neon Flats Route on Zwift:
Introduced in Zwift’s November 2021 update, Neon Flats is one of the flattest Neokyo routes around. (Oddly enough, it’s not the flattest – that award goes to Sleepless City.) This is a great route if you’re looking for something flat and fast, with sprint segments to contest.
