With much protest, the Girl Scout Camp off on Long Bay Road is having an excavation company dig a deep pond for dirt for the bypass to I-95 south to Blanding Blvd. Paperwork to dig so close to the North Black Creek should gotten Environmental Protection Department EPD approval prior to digging that close to a major waterway prone to flooding."Paperwork never cross my desk..
and this kind of digging so close to a waterway should of had EPD approval.", says an EPD approval clerk in Tallahassee.
