DC Republicans Divided on Immunization Database

Is H.R. 550 a Bad Bill?

PAUL GOSAR who'll probably be Our New Congressman in CD 8: Last week, Congress voted on H.R. 550, the Immunization Infrastructure Modernization Act. H.R. 550 authorizes the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) to improve and expand immunization information systems (IIS). IIS is a digital database recording immunization doses, storing the information and providing updates of when immunizations and boosters are due. H.R. 550 is akin to creating vaccine passports and expands the power of the federal government in trampling individual rights. The bill will allow the federal government to track unvaccinated Americans, who could be targeted, segregated, and forced to comply with vaccination mandates. For example, the database would allow the government to notify people about when their booster shots are due. Although the system is described as confidential, in this case meaning confidential from the public, until of course records are indiscriminately released like has happened with the IRS, Department of Defense, Veterans Administration, or any number of high-profile government leaks and hacks. I voted against this harmful legislation. Sadly, 85 of my Republican colleagues joined most Democrats to help pass this bill.

Rep. Lesko told the members of the SCW at our meeting on 12/4/21 that the bill only funded the States DataBase and not the Federal, either way our Records are Private and should never go into any Government Database Federal or State, however it seems Gosar and Lesko have a completely different view of this Bill and this alone hopefully will cause all to question why two members of the U.S. House not only voted differently but also give completely different information on H.R. 550, I’m going to contact both offices and let you all know either way.

Rep. LESKO sent a letter to Secretary of Energy Jennifer Granholm demanding the department reconsider recent decisions regarding dishwasher efficiency due to their impact on working families and seniors. Lesko was joined by the Ranking Member of the Committee on Energy and Commerce Cathy Mc Morris Rodgers (R-WA). “With their burdensome federal regulations, the Biden Administration continues to put unnecessary stress on America’s working families and seniors. By revoking the Trump-era rule for residential dishwashers, the Biden Administration will limit consumer choice and eliminate useful products that can help people,” said Lesko. “Consumers should have the ability to choose faster and more effective dishwashers and not be forced to bear the cost of burdensome federal regulations. At a time when Americans are already facing record inflation, they should not be required to fork out more money for a new dishwasher.” Earlier this year, the Department of Energy proposed revoking the October 30, 2020 final rule for residential dishwashers which provided consumers with additional choice in the residential dishwasher market. The issue of a Database concerns me far more than a Dishwasher, and I hope it concerns you as well. This bill does give the HHS and CDC control, this isn’t what we were told at our SCW meeting Dec 4th, I do believe when you see Representatives like Gosar, Jordan, Bigss, Nunes and others vote against it and the McCarthy, Cheney voting for it it should cause you to pause and ask just what is really going on in DC, and are the Republican Rats still at it in the House like they are in the Senate voting for Infrastructure Bill of Biden’s when inside the Bill they continue to Fund Immigrating Afghans to the U.S., and more.

Immunization Infrastructure Modernization Act of 2021

This bill directs the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) to take actions to improve data sharing and other aspects of immunization information systems. These are confidential, population-based databases that maintain a record of vaccine administrations.

Specifically, HHS must develop a strategy and plan to improve these systems, including systems supported by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention; designate data and technology standards for use in these systems; and award grants to health departments and other government agencies to improve their systems.

As a condition of receiving the grants, recipients must use the designated standards. However, HHS may waive this condition in some circumstances. We're in a Political Civil War of GOOD vs. Evil / U.S.A.'s Shadow Marxist Government and this includes those in the Republican Party who vote with the Socialist continuing funding for Biden's Plans, and the choices you make in the 2022 Primary election cycle are critical to the outcome of All Americans Rights, Freedoms & Liberties, and the One Tool we have is to speak out against it, and find others in our midst who'll run for office to remove the Career Politicians concerned about their Careers and not Our God Granted Rights and Freedoms.

HHS must also report to Congress on these activities.

We the People had better do our Homework and ask ourselves why is it that those Voted against the GOP Leadership did so and why Lesko and Schweikert from AZ having to Defend this Vote, I don’t believe any Data Bank paid for and Controlled by the Government with our Personal Information is a good thing and in the long run will be proven not to be, this maybe one more time of going along with GOP RINO Leadership but we can’t allow this to happen and not respond to it.

America was founded on Christian Biblical Principles, however what has been taking place over past Decades in the Church has helped lead us into this present danger in DC, and many State Governments as well, so unless those called by His Name Repent and Turn from their Wicked Ways so God can Heal their Land our futures are doomed, how much Farther will Believers in the USA Fall before Waking Up and once again forming a Black Robe Movement in America?
