Kid Smacked by Soaring Skateboard

Info from Licensor: "I filmed this at a skateboard contest. This was during a "product toss" at a skateboard contest where companies throw out free products to spectators. The kid went to catch a skateboard deck after it was thrown out but missed and got hit in the face. Unfortunately, he then fell and hit his head on the concrete and got what appeared to be a seizure. The kid got a few stitches on his upper lip after denying an ambulance ride and ended up being okay after an evaluation at the hospital. He ended up getting the skateboard deck that hit him and caused the injuries."
