Hello! In this video, I will be going over a math test question that you may have no idea where to begin. You are not given the value of any variables so this tests you on your understanding of imaginary numbers and the different values of “i” to the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th power.

If you haven’t seen my previous video on imaginary numbers in a math test question, check it out here

Problem of this video: Give a,b,c,d are consecutive positive numbers, what is (i^a)+(i^b)+(i^c)+(i^d) equal to?

For this problem, you will need to know the following:
- i^1 = square root of i = i
- i^2 = -1
- i^3 = -i
- i^4 = 1
