Korean Stone Pot Bibambap(DOLSOT-BIBIMBAP: 돌솥비빔밥)

Hello everyone :)
Today, I'm going to show how to make stone pot bibimbap ( Dolsot-Bibmbap) with stir fried gochujang. Once you make it, you can keep it in the fridge for about 2-3weeks.
When you need quick, easy and delicious bibimbap you can just put steamed rice, add any leaves and egg fry and then mix with gochujang.
🥘Bibimbap Sauce ( stir fried gochujang with beef) | 소고기 고추장볶음 양념
300g minced beef ( any beef) | 소고기민스(종류상관없어요)
500-600g red pepper paste (gochujang) | 고추장
2T red pepper powder | 고추가루 2큰술
1T soy sauce | 간장 1큰술
2T garlic | 마늘 2큰술
2T cooking wine | 맛술 2큰술
2T ginger syrup | 생강청이나 매실청 2큰술
1T sesame oil | 참기름 1큰술
1 onion | 양파1개
pepper | 후추
