Why did Nancy Pelosi and US Capitol Police leadership reject the offer to have 10,000 guardsman help direct the large crowd? This would’ve prevented the J6 chaos that ensued.

There was virtually no police presence outside. None of the officers pointed to Lot 8 or the other permits. Why?
