Redneck Repair No. 2: How to replace a tapered tool handle PERMANENTLY!

A fairly simple way to use electrical conduit to permanently replace tool handles that are tapered where they fit into the business end of the tool. This video shows it being done to a "hula hoe", but it works for other tools, like shovels, too.
