Royalty Does not Mean Loyalty

you're in the wrong organization.
If your "leaders" are positional
leaders and don't have any skill
or training other than amassing
power and stomping their "frenemies", you're in the wrong organization. If your boss is a middle aged person who will throw you to the wolves so they "don't get in trouble" with another middle aged person, YOU ARE IN THE WRONG ORGANIZATION. Value the leaders that don't do any of the above.
