Getting Snowed Out of Your Own Driveway

Info from Licensor: "We had been out for the evening and came home to find 14" of snow stacked up in our driveway. With four kids in the van, we decided to try to gun it to try to make it into the garage, rather than make them wait while we used the snowblower. After a few failed attempts, my wife volunteered to shovel to try to knock down the snow in the places where we were getting stuck (and she preferred not to drive in the snow, with a van full of kids). After several more failed attempts and nearly hitting our garage, we finally were able to make it into the garage safe and sound."
