In this video, I give you a workout to do while you're traveling**Pack a set of lightweight dumbbells**I prefer the 2 lb. size**They don't add too much extra weight to your luggage, BUT you will still get a good toning workout with them**Bring along a small ball that you can blow up once you reach your destination (see my SHOP page listed above ⬆️)**It's always important to have the proper tools to do any job right even on the road! 💪🏻
In life, make this count! Put on that workout 'uniform'; follow my lead; come back tomorrow and do it again. It's NEVER too late to look better! And, nobody can shape your body like you can. God gave you the clay, but left it up to YOU to sculpt it. So, let's get to work and sculpt that MASTERPIECE! 💪🏻
