Oregon Governor: Minorities Too Stupid

Read between the lines; the white liberal Governor of Oregon is really saying children she identifies as black and minorities are too stupid to learn to read and do math. Our son went to private Christian school not public school where he wasn't subjected to such hatred and insanity.
