Athlete casualty: Ronaldo's Manchester United teammate gets "unexplained" heart troubles

Credit Instagram's @chrispoll1111_v4.0 with this find. At the 70th minute [0] in this 11 December 2021 fixture against Norwich City [1], Manchester United defender Victor Lindelof was visited by the jab fairy. He was forced to delay play while his trainer attended to him. Cristiano Ronaldo CR7 dutifully makes an appearance, as he attempts to comfort his fallen comrade. Of course, the voice-over commentator says it is "unexplained".

Why are the flies falling like sportsmen? Obviously, FIFA didn't have the nous of the Slovenian government, but that's another story.
