Eagle Pass, Texas; Female in Trouble Crossing the Rio Grande

On November 12, 2021, we spent several hours along the Rio Grande River in Eagle Pass, where hundreds of migrants illegally crossed the river into the U.S. We witnessed a female, who was unconscious, being carried by two men. She may have drowned attempting to cross. We do not know her status. The USCBP consistently warns about the dangers of illegal migration.
