This is part 4 of a play though & tutorial of Hearts of Iron III: Their Finest Hour with the mods Black ICE, Third Reich Events (TRE), GGA & TDW events. These mods greatly enhance the game and will make the wait for Hearts of Iron 4 better (HOI IV)! If there is enough interest I will continue the series.
