Parkinson's Disease has affected my family greatly. My father Mark Anderson has Parkinson's. My uncle John Anderson has Parkinson's. My grandfather Fred Anderson had Parkinson's before he passed away back in 1989. A certain percentage of Parkinson's may have a genetic component, so it's possible that I or my brothers may have an increased risk for Parkinson's. As such we're hoping for a cure!

I recently participated with my family in the American Parkinson's Disease Association's Optimism Walk at Roseville, Minnesota's Central Park.

It was a beautiful day, and fun was had by all. Funds were also raised to help support families with Parkinson's, as well as to fund research.
