[E3] Hawk250 Carb Tuning on the Dual Sport Chinese Enduro 250

Tuning the Carburetor on the Hawk250 Dual sport Chinese enduro. My bike was running way too lean, it would not allow me to turn the choke totally off on the low end (idle mixture screw) and when I throttled past half way it would bog out lean (Main jet).

Hawk motor is designed from a 1975 CG125 Honda, single cam single lobe engine
